										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Steven E. Hennis practices law in the areas of estate planning and probate law, as well as business law. Steve provides estate planning advice for the entire spectrum of clients but is particularly focused on service to elderly clients and their caregivers. Steve also has decades of experience in business and corporate law. He served as in-house counsel for a large multinational corporation and is a small business owner himself.</p>
<p>Steve and his wife, Linda, have four sons. When not practicing law, Steve spends much of his time building and customizing motorcycles for a nationwide clientele.</p>
<p>Steve holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from Kent State University and a J.D. from the University of Akron. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Wayne County Bar Association.</p>

<p>Bob is the author of two legal treatises: the 2025 edition of <a href="https://www.law.com/scholarstore/catalogsearch/result/?q=internet+and+online+law"><em>Internet and Online Law</em></a> (ALM/Law.com), one of the two leading works on the subject, and <a href="https://store.lexisnexis.com/en-us/products/a-guide-to-drone-law.html?srsltid=AfmBOooOtof_lJknFxpOSR5DaupR55zSI3JI_frtkVP6VVMToBIffZ0Y"><em>A Guide to Drone Law </em></a>(LexisNexis/Matthew Bender, 2026). He is the author of numerous articles and op-ed pieces, and a frequent speaker. His recent writings and presentations cover artificial intelligence and the law, European privacy law, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA / CCPA), estate planning and digital assets, virtual currency law, drone law, and online legal ethics. He has twice testified before Congress on information law topics. He has previously served as chair of the Ohio State Bar Association’s International Law Committee, as chair of its Digital Technology Law Committee, and as a member of its Ad Hoc Committee on Multijurisdictional Practice.</p>
<p>Bob holds a B.A. from Ohio State and a J.D. from the Antioch School of Law. He was a Fulbright Scholar, and later a DAAD Scholar, for legal studies in Germany. He served in the U.S. Army for three years, doing intelligence work. He is fluent in German and Russian.</p>
<p>Bob is a longtime aircraft owner and pilot. He is married and has two sons.</p>
